MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY

Phoenix Truck Bed Covers is proud to extend the following three (3) year Limited Warranty for the Blackbird Automatic Truck Bed Cover:

Phoenix Truck Bed Covers warrants, for a period of three (3) years from the date of manufacture, that the Blackbird automatic truck bed cover is free from defects in workmanship under normal advertised use and proper maintenance. The Limited Warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable or improper use, neglect, loss, improper installation/removal, modifications, acts of God, long-term normal or excessive wear and tear (including fading and discoloration), or other causes not caused by defective materials or workmanship. Use of this product with other installed accessories or attachments nullifies this Limited Warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable, meaning it only applies to the original purchaser of the Blackbird automatic truck bed cover.

Phoenix Truck Bed Covers at its own discretion under this Limited Warranty can decide to repair or replace, at its option, the defective parts only. No labor or service allowance is given or implied. In no event shall Phoenix Truck Bed Covers be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages. Phoenix Truck Bed Covers expressly disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability, and there are no warranties which extend beyond the Limited Warranty description contained herein.
